Skills training: - Task-based training is carried out on site to ensure total familiarity and understanding of the actual work areas and their environment. Precise health & safety details are covered with training being carried out by specially trained supervisors or managers.

British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) Cleaning Operative Proficiency Certificate (COPC): - Following on from skills training, this professional in-house training scheme can be taken by all staff and is intended to set an objective standard of assessment of operatives in the cleaning industry. An operative who has been awarded a certificate of competence may be regarded as being fully trained and competent with respect to the skills they have completed.

Our company has a BICSc COPC approved training centre and all key managers and Trainers are approved assessors for the training scheme which means they are authorised to train, test and certify each candidate in every task undertaken.

Specialist training schemes: - All employers/staffs are offered training specific to their requirements and needs. These training opportunities are generally undertaken by attending external and also internal courses provided by our specialists’ team.

Health & safety training: - All staff/students undertake basic health & safety training during their induction and skills training in Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH).
